To add Keyswitches for your virtual instrument in the LE version, open it in the editor, click the note, select Absolute and save.

RC LE should now have a Lock Note option, this will lock the keyswitch notes so the other notes will transpose to fit chords/scale but the keyswitch notes will not move.

If someone with the LE version could just check to see if they have this feature as I only have the full version.
You need to be in the Editor or Edit mode, select the note, select spanner, select Absolute.
