You can use a batch converter like Win/Mac http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html
(FormatFactory had a bit of delay, Switch is better) to convert wma to m4a, it will convert all files/folders in the RealTracks folder to another drive or folder keeping the directory structure and mono/stereo channels.
