1. Open song in Realband, hold the Windows key and hit the right arrow to make RB take the right side of the screen.

2. Open Reaper, hold Windows key and hit left arrow to make Reaper take left side.

3. Click a Track number in RB and drag it to the Reaper track area.

Tip: Set Reaper to the same Tempo as RB beforehand if you want the bars to line up.

(right-click then view image makes it a little larger, and then you can notice you also get the RT name/# in Reaper too, though preceded by 'Untitled_')

As a side note, just discovered the Abbey Road Redd theme for Reaper; very cool.
We live in good times
Called 'Re(a)DD' in the theme section.

Thanks for the tip! (google search of "Realband vs Reaper" brought me to this post!

I was trying this out last night and noticed the thing about presetting the tempo before dragging the files into Reaper from Realband

Have a look at ReaTrak it will import the chords from RealBand to Reaper as well as well as chords from the Biab Plugin.
