When playing back my guitar recording via headphones the volume is very low and I can only hear from the right side headphone...makes very little difference if I choose mono or stereo for my track settings or change the volume controls.....my interface is a Presonus audiobox usb and works great with other DAWS...any suggestions are appreciated...thanks

Does the same thing happen if you switch to speakers ?

Try panning it where you want it in the Presonus mixer (input monitoring), not the DAW. If that is possible.
