I have a break in a piece where I want to insert a bass glissando moving 4 steps over the course of a bar (A-->D). Looks like the pitch bend only gives a partial movement like that...does anyone have any other suggestions on how to do this?

Thanks!

Pitchbend ranges can be changed.

This is a pretty 'course' glissando, maybe the 'Fill' option would work (?)

Might be easier to drag/save the track, load in TUXGuitar https://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxguitar/
create in TUX as it saves any articulations to midi,
then drag back into RB.

You can ad them in the Notation but it has no effect on the midi:
