I worked on a track in BB, sent it to RB. Everything works fine.

Now I want to take it to a friend who is going to help me with the vocals and mastering. He uses a different DAW so I figured the easiest way to transfer the files is by making each track a WAV file. Since I am in the free eval period for another DAW, I decided to test the idea. I made the WAV files for each track. Then I imported them.

They are not sync'd with each other. And although the tempos match for RB and the other DAW, they run faster on the other DAW.

I'm not asking for help with the other DAW but can someone tell me what might have happened with the WAV files? They play perfectly on RB.

Thanks.

You may have to set the tempo in the DAW prior to importing the RB WAV files. Unless you included Acid info on each of the exported WAV files from RB, the DAW may not interpret the Tempo.

That did it, Charlie. Thanks so much.

No problem. Glad it worked for you.
