I have 5 seq. audio sax tracks which I recorded,2 of which tracks are their but either don't play or somr static. The other ones play fine.
The only solution I have I did make a wave audiofto make a recording and some how were infected. This was my own sax traks.
Any idea? Everything shows the should be playing. Thanks Ed

Try 'Track - save track to file'.

Then try to open that wav file in Realband and see if you get any clues.

Were they recorded on that system?

Have you changed audio drivers?

Also try 'File-Open backup' and see if the backup file has this issue. You may be able to export them from the backup file ... and import into new file again.

Take a look at the Graphic Waveforms for the tracks, see that there is indeed the same kind of Audio there as on the good tracks, if so then try setting the program to other bitrates and then check to see if they play okay. They could have been inadvertently recorded at some other bitrate than what the program is currently set to play back. Static and other noises can be a sign of that.

I agree with Mac, which is why I said to export the tracks and then import again, to see if RB asked to change the format to match, or gave any other clues.

Hilight track that won't play and - 'Track - save track to file'.
If RB says there is silence at beginning and asks to include it, say yes.
Then highlight blank track and - 'Audio - import wav file'. Make sure to import to beginning of song so it lines up.

Try the resulting wav file in WinMediaPlayer also if needed..

If no joy try Mac's suggestion
