it just started tonight when i go to play something i just recorded it moves a lttle bit and stops.please help .Im using windows xp with tascam us122 intreface

First thing to try is to simply reboot the machine, it may just be a matter of getting the resources lined back up again.

I down loaded the realband 5 off the wedsite it seemed to fix it.I don't know about this band in a box seems to be nothing but one problem after another.
