Hello to all.

Although I am familiar with BIAB I am new to RealBand. So please bear with me.
I have an "AudioBox USB" unit and driver software ( drivers are already installed on my laptop ). I would like to use this unit with RealBand. Is this possible ? If so, how do I go about setting up RB to recognize and use this unit.

Ask in the Realband forum if you want more results.

In Realband go to 'options-preferences-audio' and then click 'drivers' button. Select the Audiobox and click 'move selected device to top'. so it is the default audio device for Realband. Set it so it is the only one highlited too.

Do same thing for MIDI if using it for MIDI. Probably not though.. more likely you are using a different midi sound source. Use the Realband forum for further inquiries.
