We're making some Jazz GUitar Solo Accompaniment Jazz Guitar styles. We have 2 choices of guitar to use - a "Solidy Body" or a Archtop (Super400). This would be a solo guitar style, to backup a singer or sax player etc.

Please have a listen to the sample, and place your vote in this thread

Solid Body (Roadstar) (example #1 on the demo)

Archtop Super 400 (example #2 on the demo)

To vote, just reply with the words "Solid Body (Roadstar)" or "Archtop (Super 400)" near the top, along with any comments that you have.
Archtop (Super 400) gets my vote. Especially for backing up a singer.
I do prefer the Super 400; it sounds more subtle to me.
+1 For the archtop !

I prefer Archtop ...

Hi,

I would prefer the Archtop.

Thank you for the chance to vote.

I prefer the sound of the Solid Body because of the better defined bass notes.
Bass notes sounds a little muddy on the archtop.
Looking forward to try these realtracks!
+1 for the Archtop, it seems to me more appropriate for the style.

Archtop no worries

Not an electric guitar player, but reminds me of a Joe Pass sound. Humm...
Archtop (Super 400)
Archtop Super 400 all the way!

Thanks for soliciting our input, Peter!
Archtop (Super 400)...Looks like almost everyone likes it....
Archtop (Super 400) for me to
archtop - super 400, please!
I think a sample test ought to be blind. So the choice would be between e.g. guitar 1 and guitar 2, so the ears alone would be the judge.
Archtop (Super 400) is my choice. Makes me want to sing along :-)
