Unfortunately I was in hospital and just missed the deadline to upgrade my 2013 BiaB to the 2014 Mac ver. I just recently purchased the 2013 Mac Audiophile ver in April and was hoping they would make an exception, but based on the email I just received PG Music is not willing to make any kind of exception. Anyway, has anyone actually been through an upgrade of the Audiophile version and can you share your experience?

Not sure why PG is so rigid these days especially with you since you have a valid reason and also it really hurts their bottom line by not selling the upgrade to you.
Maybe having a happy customer does not mean much these days in the corporate world.
