So, I thought maybe the Jazz Font in chordsheet view just had its own peculiar way of notating shots and holds, until I tried entering the "^" for an anticipation, and instead it printed a fragment of a chord symbol instead. Until now I had only noticed that rests and shots were notated with what looks like a subscript caret and slash, instead of periods.

Did I knock a setting or preference out of whack, or is it just an accepted (and undocumented) fact that the Jazz Font isn't going to display these? I notice too that some of the variations don't have any notation for rests/shots/holds at all.
