I'm using MAC 2016 Record Audio function and midway thru the recording, BB blows up with and error message: BB 'quits unexpectedly' .... I have been trying to reach Tech support but I keep getting a phone message that their phone mail box is full. No tech support so far.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Nope, I thought I fixed it by deleting the trash can and hopefully freeing up some RAM or something but it still bombs periodically. Great software but I would like to talk to someone about their testing procedures.
