I call it 2/4 cut time. Drums are playing a 2/4 pattern although the rest is short of just straight 4/4.

Sound like 2/4 cut to me too.

The sheet music has it as 4/4.

It is. The sheet music may be 4/4 but the drummer is playing 2/4 cut time so for us non schooled players it's 2/4 cut time.I dl the tune from Amazon and the ACW puts it at 95 BPM.
