I have a video I transferred from vhs and want to make it playable on youtube or whatever. How can I make it playable for other than the computer. I used Roxio software at the time a few years ago but can't get to play on or for a upload. Thanks for the input.

CDBurnerXP is one free option
Windows Movie Maker is another (have to register for Windows Live these days unless you can find an earlier version for download-they are out there and may even perform better)
