As often as I've heard Gordon Lightfoot's "Wreck The Edmund Fitzgerald" I've loved the beautiful, haunting guitar. I realize that Red Shea was Gord's guitarist whom I credit for the "Lightfoot Sound" but I don't think it was he. Does anyone know?

Thanks, Floyd. I suspected it was not Red Shea, different picking style, though hauntingly beautiful.

Prior to my stroke, I covered many Lightfoot songs. Some can be found on YT, if interested. Search "Donald Gaynor" without the quotes.
