I have my PC plugged into my LG TV via HD Cable. I also have a set of USB headphones that are connected to my PC via USB.
I also have a monitor connected to my PC.

Is it possible to have the TV (cartoons) play thru it's speakers while I have Youtube (monitor) audio play through my headphones?

If i set either the TV/Headphones as playback device, I get both playing thru either one. Is it possible to separate the channels somehow?

Run the TV headphone out to the Line In on you PC, or the TV would have a Line/Video Out also, if you turn the volume down on the remote and just use the PC to adjust the level through the monitors.
