They took down an old bridge near my home town area of Northwest Illinois on the Mississippi River today. You can see the delay in the sound wave coming at the camera and the brief camera shake when the sound wave hits. Awesome!!!

Demolition of Savanna/Sabula Bridge (MP4)

Article
That was great!
Nice demonstration of the speeds of sound versus light. The old bridge is in the water before you hear the blast.

Yes, I watched some recent videos of those rockets that can land back at Cape Canaveral. The camera was over a mile away and those sonic booms were a lot more delayed.
I was thinking the same thing as Matt. That really shows the speed difference.

Great video clip. Thanks for sharing it!
Almost 5 seconds per mile delay.
5280 feet / 1087 feet
I found the rocket video I was referring to. Put on your headphones and crank it. Goosebumps man.... About 6:45 in in case you don't want to see the whole video.

The Incredible Sounds of the Falcon Heavy Launch (BINAURAL AUDIO IMMERSION)
Sensational! I just love that stuff.
I found a few on YouTube that are incredible and actually show the shock wave approaching. The language on one the the better ones is rough.... it's a military guy so....

Nuke shock wave: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxtD8pma2d8

the shock wave is traveling close to the speed of sound.
