Thanks for finding the article. Nice to read that not everyone is spouting glum and doom about the future of music instrument production. I'm sure Sweetwater is enjoying the name drop.

Reminiscent of Papa Johns Pizza saying the issues with the NFL are why his profits are down, but all the other pizza companies claim they're doing just great. Perhaps look inward before blaming someone else.

It's interesting that the Fender CEO does not have a background in music instrument production. His background is Nike and another non music industry. Just guessing but his decisions and focus seems to be driven more by marketing and less on emotion.
