This is outstanding; how in the world did you get it to sound like a live performance; like the vocal and the guitar licks; thanks for sharing!

Billy,

For someone who's just started out in Band In A Box, you've sure put together a sensational song. This is a terrific listen. As well, the live mood you created was top notch!

I'm looking forward to what you bring along with the next song.

All the best,
Noel

Sorry guy...my cable internet has been down all morning.

Hi Pg and thanks,

The live performance idea was generated by down loading a bar sound effect from the WEB and doing a voice over in the same way I would be talking at a live blues jam.

Noel96, thanks for the kind words. Everything to date with BB has been directed at learning the process and not so much at good playing or vocals but thanks for the comments.

Thanks Floyd for putting up with my sorry vocals...lol

Cheers,

Billy

Vielen, vielen Dank für die Auflistung und hat einen großen Tag in Deutschland!

I lived for a short near Saarbrucken. Sorry my German is very limited.

Best Wishes,

Excellent song. Cool idea to mix in the live bar sound. Lot's of fun to listen to.

Thanks Charlie,

It was sort of fun to make.

Learning new stuff every day.

BB in it't most basic form is not very hard to get something out of. Now as I am learning more, the questions I have are requiring me to study and dig pretty deep.

Cheers,

Billy

Sounds like you're jumping in and having a great time. Very creative with live voice overs and nice arranging/mix too.

Hi Tom,

Thanks, perhaps we can get together and play some blues together if you like.

What part of Florida do you live in?

Hi Josie,

This is fun and good software.

Hi Tom,

Come play the blues with me any time and thanks.

I guess PG Music liked it also, they posted it to their corporate Facebook page.

I like the blues and you did it justice!

Laid back, live feeling blues are the best. I like your vocals and chops.

Sounds great man!

Nice one. Mellow and well played:)

I first heard RTs on a song Guitarhacker posted at the Sonar forum. I asked and he recommended BiaB and even explained how he used it. I was stunned. I still can't believe how easy it is to create such pro-quality music with this software.

Congratulations on your discovery!

This is pretty cool software and has many uses. Perhaps not super easy to learn to use and for sure but like anything it takes time and study.

I have only had it for about three weeks so the stuff I have done is very basic.

Now if I could only buy " Vocalist In A Box"lollol

Well, how cool is that? Stellar work establishing
the live vibe. Feel like we walked into a small
club and settled in with a good brew and
blues.

For somebody three weeks into BiaB you sure
seem to be having a blast. And, hey, quit
putting down your vocals. You've got soul and
is more important, at least to us, than a ton
of hot vocal chops.

This was a FUN listen!

Hi J&B,

Thank you for taking the time to listen. It is fun learning this software...work, but fun work.

About the vocal issue:

Last year a huge sword fish knocked all my teeth out and I now have a mouth full of plastic teeth. I am still re-learning how to talk...lol...must less sing...lol

Well, I did get to eat the fish...lol

Of all the things a person can do in the music world, I guess singing is the most personal and emotional. I seldom get uncomfortable if I mess up a guitar solo or my piano playing is out of time.

I have finally over the years got used to the sound of my own voice for better or worse. Singing on stage is a one time event; recording is for ever...lol

It is people like you who give me the courage to continue and I really appreciate the kind words.

Thanks so much,

Billy
