All blues ... (all funk ???)

Hi,
I tried to disassemble and reassemble the jazz standard "All Blues" by Miles Davis.
It came out a tune in 4/4 (the original was in 6/8) in funky style.

Yes, this is a cover. It's a creative cover, in 4/4 with a very nice funk feel, but it uses the original chords and melody (except for the last two bars). It is a copyrighted instantly-recognizable song from the best-selling recording in the history of jazz: Miles Davis' Kind of Blue.

Very authentic jazz tune!
Piano playing is so nice. The sounds are so cool.
In order to avoid the copyright problem, I think it may be a proper way to cut the main melody or to give an original melody to the chord progression or to play the whole part with your improvisation only and change the title.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.
