beatmaster,
A nice song. Nice mix. A very pleasant vocal - well recorded.
Did you play the guitars? The lead? Nice...
Enjoyed it.

This is a really great tune!
I especially loved the vocals and the lyrics. My favourite part of the lyrics were:
"Looked to me like you were thinking, 'bout all the things you didn't share. While all the time I was trying, I knew you'd already gone. "
Great job!~
This works well. Nicely done.
Rob
Thanks for your comments
I done this on mixcraft using only the plug ins that come with the Daw.
Just to let anyone hear a recording in mixcraft as I was/am currently using sonar as well.
Cool tune Reminds me of the songs from the late 50's. Very cool vocal and lyric
A very pleasant "wee" song!! There is a retro sound in the vocal and the mix that I really, really like. You sing so comfortably. "The Band" sounds so natural in this song. Enjoyed very much!! Take care. Greg
Yes, indeed, a real nice little song! nice vocal, especially the harmony. The guitar was a real nice touch. I really enjoyed this. Great mix, arrangement and presentation. bets to you,

Dear "beatmaster"...
In my opinion, in the "best" of songs there always is a single line of lyrics that expresses the totality of the song's "message", or meaning. It's the beating heart of the song.
In "Can't Do This No More", that interpretive signpost arrives as quickly as the second line of the first verse:
"Then I sort of realized you were there bout not at home."
That kind of insight pulls a listener into a song instantly and makes it a more personal experience.
Sometimes, in a song, the fewer the words, the more easily we recognize what the singer is "saying". It also causes the music to be more deeply felt.
Sincerely,
LOREN

Thanks for the listen and the comments.
And the encouraging critique.
Nice song. It has kind of a nostalgic feel to it that I like.
A very pleasant tune - sounds good - did you find Mixcraft easy to use?

Thanks for your comments.
Peter yea it is very like sonar, so I found my way around easily, I think all Daws I have used are all pretty much the same format.
One thing the amount of plugins you get is brilliant and they are all usable and more, I would recommend this as I really believe you wouldn't need to buy a lot of other Daws, maybe some for mastering. i.e. izotrope ,lurrson.
Would have saved a good bit of cash instead of buying multiple plugins from wave, etc.
The reverb, compressor,eq,delay, all good quality in mixcraft.
Thanks Ember for your listen and comments.
