I kind of hesitate to post this. The Song A Week Challenge was "write a reggae song." Not my strong suit. Also, I had three hours one day to work on music, then a reggae song was due.
So I took the lyrics from a bawdy old bar song I wrote a loooong time ago (which did in fact used to get 'em going at a bar full of drunks at the end of the night). Modified the lyrics to be a little "reggae." Fired up BIAB, picked about the first "reggae" style I could find, keyed in the very simple chord changes, and voila ... this "reggae" version of "You Show Me Yours."
On the one hand, a cheap song with stupid lyrics and the simplest possible chord progression. On the other hand, a testament to what you can do with BIAB in a time crunch ... this whole project start to finish took about three hours. Thought I'd go ahead and share it for giggles and because I won't have the new real song I'm working on ready for a while.
