With the world cup in full swing I thought the timing was perfect to record this very old French or German tune called March of the footballers. Only two instruments used in this track. Dixieland Piano and Midi acoustic bass.
I play a solo on the left hand for a few bars in part two of the tune which is always fun to try.
Hope you enjoy it.

Graham

Nice, Graham.

Your accordion playing is impressive. Well recorded, too.

Hello, Graham

Excellent Playing!
I feel Germany more.
There is a beer pub near my house where I go often in the summer, and when I go there, such joyful music are always played in the air.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.

Best regards.

Really nice work here smile It flows really smoothly, and I love the cherry vibes you pulled off on this one. And as always, you absolutely nailed it on the accordion.

Nothing I'd change here - thanks for sharing!

You always have such fun songs, furry! You did a really great job with this one, as expected. The accordion as always sounds lovely too. Great job.

Graham,
I enjoyed the energy of this and there`s some impressive lightning finger work.
There`s a kind of wacky/happy dance if we win or lose World Cup spirit that you`ve captured... go Iceland!

Hi Graham,

Always a treat to hear play your accordion. This is a apunk piece, for sure! So nicely done.

I lived in Germany 12 years. This reminds me a lot of the music from the Saxon region. regardless of its roots, it's a great piece. Tiup of the hat for a great great job!

Hope your wife is doing better. And to answer your question about Di from your previous song - at the moment she's holding steady. She's no better but, thankfully, no worse.

Graham,

My Dad, who is an excellent accordion player, would absolutely love this song!! I’m gonna send him the link—this is so well done and performed. Great listen!

Kind regards,

Deej

Hi Alan, thanks for the great comment. Hope Di doesn't go down too quickly, it's a horrible horrible illness. Still not certain if it's dementia or epileptic fits that Kay had. Her GP is doing some memory tests on Thursday to see if it's one or the other
