Your vocal in "Mercy" is simply a show-stopper. Truth be told, it startled the hell out me, because I never heard you belt out lyrics in that way, before. Jesus. You really opened yourself up.

The music was touched with glory, emotionally speaking. All the RealTracks instruments seemed to pick-up on your incredible inspiration. You better marry that woman !!!

Terrific stuff here--full of heart and passion. To me, it's got a little bit of a Counting Crows vibe here, with just a touch of Costello. From a production standpoint it's stellar. Just a thought, but I wonder what this might sound like if you kept it just a tad more reserved in that first verse and chorus, then build from there.

But really, you hit on all cylinders on this one. Great tune!
