I'd love an expansion of RealTracks and RealDrums for all different styles of funk from your traditional James Brown stuff, to psychadelic '70s disco stuff like Parliament or Sly & The Family Stone, to Prince. MIDI just doesn't quite cut it when trying to emulate, for example, slap bass. So, in the words of Parliament, "Weeeee want the funk! Give up the funk! Ah, weee need the funk! Gotta have that funk!"

Hi Chris,
I would love to have any or all of those suggested styles!

Regards, Aubrey

Definately Funk Drums.

Its strange, that there are still no real good Funk Drums (Real Drums). The ones available right now are too straight. I`d like to see some realy syncopated ones, as Funk is usually played.

Like the snare on 2, 4th 16th of 2, and 4. Bassdrum on 1, 4th 16th of 1, and 2+.

Listen to some old New Orleans kinda Funk like:

"The Meters"
"Funk Inc."

Hey Chris

I would lean toward James Brown stuff. But 1++ for funk of all range. And the close parent also : R&B..

Yes funk and R&B Drums are missing and need to be added - hopefully with biab 20011.5
