the tone of the rock distorted guitars has improved quite a lot with the addition of Brent Mason realtracks, but don't forget to turn up the amp, as tube amps sound better and better the more you turn up the volume! Pump some power into the speaker cabinet!

Using a 'powerbreak' (also called 'attenuator') like the THD Hotplate, would be even better.

PS. please never use these 'tube amp simulators' like the Line 6 products, they add artificialness to proper guitar tone. I can tell that PG Music uses real tube amps, which is the best choice, always. Just crank up the volume more
