Have you looked at the guitar fretboard window available in BiaB? The window has a ukulele setting that can play the notes on the fretboard, would that work?

Not really what I'm looking for, I'm looking for the tab to in the notation view just like it is with the guitar real tracks.

Although I do not play a uke I think this is a great idea for my friends that do play.
