He sure thinks like a drummer even though all you hear throughout the video is "I'm not a drummer".

I didn't hear as many programming insights as I heard sampling suggestions. Enjoyed it just the same.
Wow - I really liked this video, and could relate a lot. The kind of music I create doesn't use live drums, so I program all my drums as well, and this guy clearly thinks similarly to me. Thanks for sharing smile

I agree.

The one thing he should have mentioned was the drum skins, bass, snare, and toms, as well as how tight and what tone/tuned they are. Big omissions for sampling IMHO.
