Yup.... technology is cool and very affordable.

Having contacts that call you up and say we need YOU to write a tune and we need it Monday...oh and by the way, you're working on this with Jodi Good... priceless.

This is one of those well-liked feel-good stories, where fantastic tools, mixed together with real operator skills and a whole lot of talent can produce a great result in seemingly no time. Enjoyed the read, and the before/after samples were a valuable addition.
The idea behind this is done by thousands that participate in the February Album Writing Month Challenge - where 48 hours are given per song, but often due to real life getting in the way, participants do just this 14 times in a single month.

Out of the thousands that participate there are perhaps 100 who can crank out radio-ready content. Most of the thousands are writing only, but there are a good 100 who really do create hit-like songs over and over and over again - all within the month. It's quite inspiring.
