Hello PG Music Guru's.
Recently, when rendering WAV files I get the question to Acidize WAV. Don't recall seeing this before. Not sure what this meant, I went online and have done a fair amount of reading and still can't determine whether or not this is something that I should be doing. I just cancel the request and keep going. Can anyone shed some light? Thank you,
Carolyne

I believe it's asking you if you want to make a loop out of the .WAV. Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Carolyne

From Wikipedia:

ACID Loops is a technology used with the music making software originally from Sonic Foundry called ACID. Created in 1998, it refers to the repetition, and transposition of sound clips, to form a song.

I was presuming the O/P was rendering from BiaB, but they could advise correctly.

Carolyne,

When I export a WAV from RB, I usually get the message you mention.

For saving an audio track in RB, it's not necessary to acidize the wav.

Noel
