I use the loop function i.e. chorus x 3.
Is it possible to now change them to a full song sheet, or do I have to type in all the chords for verse, chorus etc again.
Just looking to see if a short cut is available.
Maybe try 'unfold' (?)
This writes things out linearly, which seems to be what you are after.
Or open it in RB, which opens it linearly as the default behavior ..
Thanks rharv
Ill give it a go, I need to get in to the habit of doing a full sheet.
Dumb as I am, unfold ?.
I cant see it.
I always do everything in unfold mode. I never use repeats etc. I'm interested, does anyone use the loop modes and if so why? I guess for practice purposes eg 2,5,1 patterns etc.
I just prefer the flexibility/simplicity of being able to edit everything individually, but perhaps I'm missing something... BIAB is such a massive and versatile beast.
Hi Lambada,
I'd say a good advantage of it would be to allow for longer songs. You can't enter more than 255 bars of chords, so a song that's one chorus can't be longer than 255 bars. By designating a section of bars as a repeating chorus, you can have a song that's much longer.
Thanks
