I'm coming into this forum quite late and sadly the middle demo link (12-8 guitar, which I was most anxious to hear) no longer works. Any chance of a reupload or from another source?
The Waltz one doesn't work for me, but I'm glad you took the time to make the tracks.

Band-in-a-Box and RealBand have an issue using 3/4 (waltz) time UserTracks.
PG Music is aware of the issue and Dr. Gannon stated the issue will be addressed in future patches.
