The video and audio work fine when I start the program but if I stop it for any reason, or try to shift back in the time line it freezes for about 30 seconds. Any clicking after that just increases the freez time. I have reinstaled everything at least once. 20 tunes jazz guitar vol 3 does the same thing. It's driving me crazy. Does anyone have a thought about it?

Control panel/Display/Settings tab/Advanced(bottom right)/Troubleshoot/slide hardware acceleration away left. This will cure the problem.You may have to reset it back for some other graphics on other programs.
