I dug out my very old CDs of the Jazz Guitar Master Class CD1 and CD2 which I had used long ago with Win XP, and tried to install them on my newer Win 7 computer. They would not install. I contacted PG via live chat and was given links to updated installers for both discs. I downloaded these and while they will install the programs do not run. When I click on the desktop shortcut or the executable within the folder nothing happens.

I have sent a reply to PG's email with the links informing them of the problem.

Anyone else have this type of problems?

Can you tell us a bit more about your system? Motherboard, video and audio cards, etc.
