Installed Master Jazz Guitar Solos, Master Jazz Guitar Solos, and Blues Piano Solos from hard drive but none of these programs will open.

The rest of BiaB seems fine.

Win 7 pro, AMD phenom II X2 555, 4 GB, 64 bit.

Any help appreciated.

I have these installed elsewhere and I didn't put shortcuts on my desktop BUT let me ask while you wait to talk to PG:

are you using the desktop shortcuts?

Or trying to run by going directly to those directories and directly running the .exe. (e.g., "blues_piano.exe" within the "x:\bb\bpsolos" directory).


If they run by using the executable directly it probably means the desk top short simply has wrong path (they may still be pointing to the USB hard driver letter?)

Just a guess.

I've tried both the shortcut and running the exe directly. No change.

I still haven't managed to catch a tech person on chat, only sales frown

Just wanted to see if you heard back from PG yet or do you have these working yet?
