Please consider this wish list item for Band In A Box for Windows.

It seems to me that the volume slider positions in the mixer are not persisted across file-open and file-close and file-open sequences.

It would be nice to have that option.

Think You can do that if you click (Save+). Also, select Options> Preferences >MIDI Options then deselect Style Volume Changes.
