I use BIAB mainly as a learning tool and maybe others do also.

I upgraded to 12.5 in hopes that the new super tracks would allow note names.

Contacted PG through chat and was told they will only show for the melody track.
(guess I should have contacted before upgrade)

It would be nice if note names are chosen in Pref - Notation, they would show for all tracks/instruments.

If it can work for the melody track, why not the others ?

Sounds like you should take Harmony/Theory 101. BIAB probably assumes that one should know the names of notes on sight. Later, Ray

So why show'em for the melody track ?

I'm just saying, since they can show them on the melody track, why not show them for all instruments or tracks, it may be helpful to more than one out there.
