As an alternative why not have a visible, but silent, count-in at your current tempo? When playing live, there are some gigging situations where the audible click count-in may not be appropriate. I'm thinking perhaps a large lightly-colored overlay on the chord sheet that would flash something like: 1-2, 1-2-3-4 and you're playing. All completely silent.

Hi Eighty-Eight,

I have BIAB version 2012.5 for PC and it's possible to do that. It's found under "Opt | Preferences | Count-in/Met."

All I do is to deactivate the "Audible lead-in" option and then choose a suitable count-in pattern from the drop-down menu. I've highlighted both these with yellow crosses in the above image.

Best regards,
Noel
