I would like to know how to contact the boss of PG Music, without having to go through the sales and marketing departments

That would be Mr. Peter Gannon, the "PG" in PG Music.
He sometimes posts in the forums, perhaps more so the Band-in-a-Box forum than the Wishlist, I would venture. If you ask a technical question, he might be more likely to jump in to a thread. But no promises. Perhaps a more informative thread title would help.
