Melodist hasn't been updated in ages. Some of the styles (like ragtime) are amazingly convincing. I'd love to see more development done to make the algorithm more sophisticated for other styles.

Add it to the much longer list that is "Anything that relies on Midi" and you're getting closer to the issue.
