I've never been here to the "wishing well" before but I'd like to make a wish. (throws in coin)
I know there are tone controls for Real Tracks, but I've really love to have tone controls for Midi tracks.
I don't even know if it's possible, but hey, it's as wishing well isn't it?

Keith, you realize midi is just data, correct? Midi does not generate audio sound.
Midi data drives a soft synth or sound module and the soft synth or sound module typically includes tone or equalization controls.
If my memory is correct, doesn't the "Tone" control on the mixer works with a GM synth that has a tone control?
This was the case for the Edirol/Roland VSC that used to come with earlier versions of BIAB. There was a tone control for MIDI (since Realtracks hadn't been invented).
I haven't been able to test this because I do not have a GM synth with tone settings. (Coyote WT has no tone control.)
Regards,
Noel
The tone control in the BIAB mixer works for my Roland (hardware) MIDI synth.
Tip: expand the width of the mixer so Tone becomes a slider.

a parametric EQ on each track MIDI or otherwise would b e great.
