I am a newbie on the forums here as of today.

I have just updated to BB 2017, and now I cannot get my head phones to work.
Any offerings of wisdom and technical know how?

I am running it on an HP laptop.

Sorry all. I just realized that I had to restart my laptop.
That fixed it all.

On my HP laptop, if I run the MME driver, then I can select the "speakers and headphones output" and it works fine with headphones plugged in.

However, if I run the ASIO driver, the two get split into two different ports, so I have to select either speakers or headphones. Kind of weird, but it's the way it works. Not sure if yours is similar.
