I'm not able to print a Chorus and the final bars on one page. I tried to set the "custom" range #1-#40, but did not print the final bars.

This setting is likely to contribute to your problem.

Often is is not saved and needs to be selected again.

Ok I've been able to print the whole song right now. But for only 2 rows I'm forced to print 2 pages. Can not I adjust the distance between one row and another and try to print the entire song on one page?

That's how I adjust the bars per page. Sometimes it can look really cluttered, so don't forget that you can increase the bars per staff, and reduce the space between the top staff line and the chords.

Even changing the font size and the overall size can help. But sometimes two pages is the best answer.

I worked on print options and varied fonts size and number of rows / page. I was able to print the song on a single page.
