The "Load Song Demo" loads the chord chart of the demo for a particular style into BIAB's chordsheet.
The chord chart you are missing belongs to the XTRA styles sets. This is shown in the "Sets" column. Did your purchase of BIAB include these sets? If so, it looks like they need to be installed.
