I'm obviously missing something obvious. I can see the notes in the piano roll window but can't get it to play and trigger the sounds. The melody track acts like it's muted even though it isn't.

In Options > MIDI/Audio driver setup, what do you have selected for your output device?

Yeah. The other MIdI tracks would play. When I clicked on the individual notes in the piano roll viewer they wouldn't turn red or trigger any sound. But the problem seems to have resolved itself. I created a new song and it worked OK. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
