Hi everyone,

I have a newbie question I hope you can help me with. When in DAW mode and I attempt to drag a file into FL Studio I get a circle icon with a line through it. Any suggestions?

I don’t have FL Studio. Perhaps posting this question in the BIAB main users forum will find someone who does.

The symbol you saw means you can’t put the file there. Did you have FL Studio open and did you try to drag into the tracks area?

Did you try dragging to the Drop Station area of BIAB? Some DAWs require that intermediate step.

Are you sure that FL Studio accepts drag and drop at all? I'd test it by dragging the file to your desktop or File Explorer, and then dragging it from there to FL. If that works, then we should be able to get it to work directly from BIAB itself. If it doesn't, then you'll need to find another way to import audio or MIDI into FL.

Also make sure you run BBW.EXE As Administrator.
