I just noticed Groove3.com is having a Christmas in July sale. The Windows and Mac +++ Band-in-a-Box +++ tutorial series are $14 US.

Groove3 has many other tutorials covering items like orchestration, arrangement, mixing, understanding midi and so on. The All Access pass is $99 for one year.
