What does it mean? It didn't, but now it appears every time I open it. How to close?

It is a message describing how long does it take for your Band-in-a-Box program to open. In your case it is a little more than 5 seconds.
Disable the message: Ctrl+E and uncheck the checkbox for a boot up log.
