Welcome to the forums.
Yes both Realband (Windows) and BIAB (Windows and Mac) can do this.
The end result can be excellent provided the audio is (a) tempo mapped correctly; (b) the interpreted chords are adjusted, where necessary, to correctly reflect the chords played on the guitar; (c) the tuning of the audio matches the tuning of BIAB/RB.
Prior to doing this, make sure that you have BIAB and/or Realband set to run with administrator privileges. To do this....
1. close the program
2. right-click on the start-up short-cut
3. select "Properties"
4. under the "Compatibility" tab, select "Run as administrator" and then OK you way out of the settings.
